Our management and commercial division, under the supervision of Director David McNeill MIAVI, has expanded at a rate which was never envisaged at its inception.

There are a number of schemes which have been passed for office development both within the central office core and in out-of-town sites which provide a wide variety of choice. We foresee a reasonable growth in office rentals upon the assumption there is not a surplus created through speculative development.
